Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Versa 4. Thanks for having spent your time trying to get things fixed by yourself.
If you haven't tried already done so, I'd suggest installing a different clock face on your device to see if this will have a positive impact. Have a closer look here on how to do that:

Make sure to keep your phone with the Fitbit app and your Versa 4 within Bluetooth range until this process is completed.
If changing the clock face to get your device back to normal operation has worked for you, you can switch back to the clock face you had selected before.
