I just got the Versa 4 and I’m noticing the weather app does not automatically sync throughout the day to show reliable, updated weather. If I manually sync the device through the app, the weather will be updated on my watch but that is the only way. Why have a weather app if I have to use my phone to manually sync it..at that point I can just use my phone to check. Am I missing something?
This also impacts my sleep score, where my watch doesn’t send my sleep score to my phone’s Fitbit app without me manually syncing the watch. Halp

Best AnswerHi @Sdz2810 Both of these issue have been reported with the Versa 4 and Sense 2 since they were released last year and both have been reported to Fitbit. In my case, my sleep score will show up on my Sense 2 about two hours after I wake up. Some users write that it takes longer than that.
Fitbit is aware of both of these problems, so there's no way of predicting a fix for them.

Best AnswerAs for sleep score, if the server is busy during the first sync after waking, yes a second sync may be needed. Yes, I remember one day it took 8-9 hours to get a sleep score.
As for weather, I'll open the app on the tracker. If it has been a while since the last sync, the weather app would get an update, within 10 seconds the current weather was displayed. I think this isgwhat is not happening.
