This watch needs to be 3rd party compatible or I will be returning it. I'm very disappointed.

Heloo @JessG01 and welcome to the Community. Fitbit confirmed to 9to5google that it won't be allowing third party apps on the Versa 4/Sense 2. I understand your disappointment.

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @JessG01!
Versa 4 was never meant to be a full fledged Smartwatch as Google/Fitbit had the Pixel watch on it's way to give users a full Smartwatch experience in terms of available apps, alongside with the disadvantage of every Smartwatch regarding battery runtime.
You might want to check if you're able to take advantage of Fitbit's Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy and get a Pixel Watch instead.

Even a Versa 3 might be a better choice for your needs. Here you can check for available apps:

Hi @JessG01 , @Calebwaldner - if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
This gives you the option to choose a watch, possibly from other brands which meets your needs better.
