Versa 4 doesn't support third-party apps

I'm so mad with my Versa 4. I just picked it up after returning the inspire 2, realizing it was very limited in functionality. Well now I found out my versa 4 has no third party app support especially Spotify if that wasn't a big enough bummer it's supposed to be geared towards a whole Suite of Google features coming out yet it's native assistant is Alexa which is Amazon not Google Assistant what is going on with this watch! I want Google Assistant with my Google apps not Alexa and Amazon

Hi @Eclypsia  - did you know if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

A Versa 3 may be a better choice as it has Google Assistant, 3rd party apps and in built Music controls (so you don't need the Spotify app or Spotify premium) or consider another brand that has the features you want.

As of end March 2023 no Fitbit watches have the ability to load music on them.
