Versa 4 doesn't sync

So when I turned on my Versa 4 that had previously belonged to a relative. It had the 'Sync from the Fitbit mobile app' page. So I synced it, entered the 4 digit code and it's still there. On my app it says that it's synced. I have tried everything I've been told. I have: Power off and on both my phone and the Versa 4. I have turned off my iPhones Bluetooth and turned it back on again (I couldn't forget the device as in the Bluetooth menu it had no i beside it.) I tried refreshing the app. And the syncing page is still there.

Can someone please help?
