Versa 4 drains overnight

I have so many badges from Fitbit that I hate to change to Apple but the time might be here. Customer Service has offered the same advice that doesn’t work. This fit is 1.5 years old and I have tried everything. It will drain 50% battery life while sleeping!

Hi @DeadVersa - you don't say what you tried but have you tried to setup a watch Sleep schedule and have you tried syncing and turning off the phone's Bluetooth overnight.

Also did you try a different clock face.

Of course restarting should be tried

If you have less drain during the day, about 10% or less if you don't use GPS then the issue may not be the watch.

As a last resort try a full standalone test.

Sync the watch, turn off the phone's Bluetooth, put the watch into Sleep mode and place face down on a table with the straps out of the way where it can't detect any movement (so the lights on the back don't light).

Pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings to check battery level in the morning and again in the evening.

I'm not sure if you are still having difficulties with the smartwatch. In addition to the accurate information provided by @Guy_, please confirm that you have followed the steps listed in this help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

In addition, confirm that you have the latest version of your device: How do I update my Fitbit device?

Thanks for your suggestions @Guy_
