Does anyone know why the versa 4 doesn't track my steps when I walk in place? Is there a setting or something I need to check? Thanks for your help!

Hi there, @Nluvforever. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4. I will do my best to help you with this.
To better assist you, may I know what you mean by "doesn't track my steps when I walk in place"? Are you walking on a treadmill? If this describes your issue, please keep in mind that it is important that your arms swing freely in order for the Versa 4 to count steps, and not held next to the body.
If you walk with a normal arm swing on the Treadmill/Elliptical, it should count the proper number of steps and calories. For more information, see How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity?

Same exact thing. I was at the gym for two hours today, moving my arms and my step count was ridiculously low, as were my floor count. Not happy at all.

When I stand and walk in place say in front of my computer or TV, my old fitbit would track those steps without issue but the Versa doesn't.
