Siin on korralikult koostatud, selge ja viisakas, kuid konkreetne ingliskeelne kaebus Fitbit Versa 4 arendajatele:
Subject: Serious reliability and functionality issues with Fitbit Versa 4
Dear Fitbit Support Team,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the overall performance and reliability of the Fitbit Versa 4. After several weeks of use, it is clear that the system is far from stable and does not meet the quality standards expected from Fitbit products.
The main issues are as follows:
I have been a loyal Fitbit user for over five years, previously using the Fitbit Versa 2, which worked flawlessly. It is very disappointing to see such a significant decline in reliability and design quality with the newer model.
Could you please explain how such a poorly optimized device was released to the market, and more importantly, what steps Fitbit plans to take to fix these issues?
I hope you take this feedback seriously, as many long-term users are losing confidence in the brand.
Kind regards,
Kotkas from Estonia

Hi @Kotkas - thanks for taking the time to report this. I can offer some answers in this users forum only.
1. The early firmware had a lockout with the Sleep and DND, later versions should work. It is odd that after a factory reset the issue is not resolved.
2-3. There are a limited number of basic Fitbit clock faces available in the Gallery because Google removed access to all third party clock faces (some of which do have a battery information display) for EEA users if they aren't using a VPN to a non EEA country.
4. Some of the instability issues are due to the different user interface being new and not as well developed, for example additional apps are not even supported on the Versa 4 like they were on previous watches with the original Fitbit user interface. Some other features were also dropped for this model (and Sense 2).
And some issues are due to problems with the Fitbit app getting random issues from updates.
As regards the last point we are not sure why Google went this route with the Versa 4 when Fitbit had some good prior models, prior to the takeover.
Apparently Google are not developing further Fitbit smart watch models anymore so it looks as if Fitbit is being phased out.
It is unlikely Google will provide any official answers here.
