Sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't working as expected.
If you haven't already done so, I'd suggest trying to hold your devices button for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit Logo on it's display. You could also try if changing the clock face on your Versa 4 will get things fixed.
How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
My last advice would be letting the battery of your device completely drain until it will shut off. Then give it a full charge which most probably will take more time as usual as the battery is deep discharged at that point.
