My time needs resetting

Welcome to our Community @SunsetRunner! Hope you're doing great! 

Try restarting your tracker by following the steps provided here and then make sure to do the following:

1. Open the Settings on the Fitbit app. 
2. Tap "App settings" 
3. Tap and change "Automatic date and time." 
4. Sync your tracker with your mobile device.
