on 1/14/24 i got an update during the update my versa 4 stop working and there is no fix i need help please. customer service was NO HELP

Hi @Babycakes090376 - if the firmware update, or factory reset, fails there may be no way to recover the watch.
However, try fully charging, if it will, if not see How to check charge cable - Sense 2/Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
Another factory reset using the button might work if the watch still is able.
Once a watch fails an update and factory reset there is no fix available. I had a perfectly good watch that I was requested to factory reset and it was never usable again.
