Versa 4 heart rate not working

I’ve owned several Fitbit watches. Why can’t the heart monitor work. 
I match it to an arm band Wahoo and  it’s not even close, especially in upper level heart rates. How can you expect the cardio load program to work. Garbage in, garbage out.

I have the same issue with my new versa four. And I’ve seen several people saying the same thing on Facebook. It’s frustrating because we’re not getting any cardio load all of a sudden

The cardio load seems like a great tool but when I’m riding my stationary, for example, I can run a program which keeps my resistance and my heart rate very locked in. My Wahoo arm band is consistent at say 140 bpm and the Versa 4 is everywhere from 140 to 114, and sometimes nothing at all indicated. What the difference between the Wahoo and the Fitbit? They use the same technology. 🤷🏻‍:male_sign:
