Versa 4 heart rate not working

Just upgraded from a Versa 2 to a 4 and the heart rate will not pick up at all. Tried cleaning, shutting down, wrist position, factory reset! Any help would be welcome, pretty sure will be sending back!!

Hi @LeeMol - try charging the watch. If there is something stuck on the back it may not charge (or show heart rate with the default clock face).

If you did a factory reset and reinstalled it as standard and no heart rate shows, make sure you are not wearing it over a tattoo and if still not working get your money back, it is obviously faulty.

Morning! Yes tried cleaning the back too. I do have tattoos but my partner tried it too and no joy. It's going back. Thanks for your help though appreciated 👍🏻
