My heartbeat is constantly 104 beats a minute.  I don’t believe that is accurate.  What is causing this?

Hi @SuzieQ71 - try holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.

If that doesn't fix it permanently try changing clock face which may have a fault.
