Versa 4 in Teen Account

My son is 16. His google account is now his and I no longer have family link. However, versa 4 doesn't sync with his phone, just show kids smartwatch options. Can someone help please. Thanks in advance

Hi @jocelynraft.  How long ago did you remove the family link?  I don't have personal experience wit this, but other parents have reported that it can take 24 hours for that change to take effect.

Hi. Thanks very much. The app updated after 12 hours, now my son has Versa on his phone. Thanks very much for your help.
