I just bought a versa 4 and no matter what I do it keeps adding steps when I'm not walking. Anyone know how to fix this?

Sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't working as expected. As a first step to possibly solve this issue, I'd suggest to restart your device by pressing the side button and keeping it pressed for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo is displayed.
