2 weeks ago i decided to start wearing the watch again and have notice that when i sync occasionally the calories on my watch goes down and the app says my kcal is the base metabolic rate. It's almost like something is overriding the data. I'll have 2000kcal on my watch and as soon as i complete a sync both the watch and app are saying 1300? The active zones are still there and steps etc but the calorie data just vanishes. Anyone else experiencing this?
Versa 4, iPhone X, Fitbit app version 4.13

I've had the same thing happen to me often. That's why I only sync once a day, first thing in the morning.

Hi @okomo - in the Fitbit App, device view (connected to Fitbit) make sure the phone is not also connected.
Also in order to calculate calories (not based purely on time) check the watch is measuring heart rate correctly and syncing properly.
Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
It may require a watch restart and logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active Fitbit window and phone restart.
