Versa 4 is not showing any data

Earlier today on removing my watch to wash some water got on the back of the phone. Since then I have this problem a message says -

Open gallery with phone icon arrow suggesting scroll to right, then says check phone . I open the app on the phone -  I do this and it just takes me to watch face and I can see my data, which is not showing on my watch. Anyone else with this problem and how can I fix it?

Hi @Jan10034 - you may have resolved this already but a pretty sure way would be to hold the watch button for 10 seconds and wait for it to restart.

It could be the water lock got enabled.

Hi there, @Jan10034. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

If you're still facing this issue, please try the steps below:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
  2. Tap your Fitbit device image.
  3. Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.

If the above doesn't work, as @Guy_ has recommended, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

@Guy_ Thank you so much for your help, however, I'd like to clarify that Versa 4 does not have the water lock feature.
