Cannot see Versa 4 hourly steps on app

On the Fitbit app my steps are being counted but I no longer see the hourly steps?

Experiencing a similar issue. Also, my rings aren’t filling in either (same as I see in your picture).

Our team is aware of this and still working on a fix. I will post any updates about this situation.

Could you please confirm if you tried to uninstall / reinstall the app ? This one time exception workaround worked for some users.

To do so, please try to:

1. Logout.
2. Uninstall the Fitbit App.
3. Reinstall the Fitbit App.
4. Login.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled I’ve turned off my Fitbit, I’ve done everything i can think of, so far nothing is working.

I installed the app twice and reinstalled it now it’s working!

I have the same problem. I too have tried everything. It quit working about 2 years ago. It worked fine. Before that. What’s up?

Try uninstalling the Fitbit app and then reinstall, the second time I tried it worked.
