I walked 1 1/2 miles Fitbit gave me .23 miles gave me credit for steps not sure if that’s correct new Fitbit verse 4 isn’t doing to go

If you're getting inaccurate step tracking without using GPS, I'd suggest having a closer look at the link below under "What can I do if my step count seems inaccurate?". If your distance tracking seems wrong while using GPS, please have a look at "How accurate is my GPS data captured by my Fitbit device?".

Thanks for sharing your inquiry about steps.

As @Talahthas mentioned, the article How accurate are Fitbit devices? provides help in order to track distance correctly. Take a look at it, and also see your wrist settings and your weight.
