So I recently got the Versa 4 and it refuses to track my sleep. I've worn it two fingers above my wrist, ensured it's tight before I sleep, even changed the settings so that it's sensitive. But it only tracked 2 hours of sleep yesterday when I slept for 6+ hours and didn't track anything today. Is this a common versa 4 issue? Any ideas on how to fix it?

Hello there, @rammy304. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 4 before reaching out.
To better assist you, would you mind double checking if your Versa 4 has been set up properly? To make sure your Fitbit device has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
Additionally, please see Why don't I see sleep stages today?
