Versa 4 is not tracking my sleep score

After about two years of use, my Versa 2 would not swipe up,down, left or right.  Before that issue started, the Sleep Score reporting had become very intermittent.  I decided to "upgrade" to the Versa 4 and started using my new V4 earlier this week.  The Sleep Score reported the first two nights, but has not reported the last three.  I've been a Fitbit user for over six years and wear my watch the same way.  My heart rate tracks properly when I am awake.  I am not sure why this watch can not track my heart rate while I am asleep.  The watch properly tracks when I fall asleep and when I wake up.

Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @DKJAX!

I'm sorry to say, but Versa 4 doesn't have snore detection whereas Versa 3 did.

Well, I finally got a sleep score last night.  Even when I was not getting a sleep score, I noticed that the resting heart rate was being tracked and my sleep time hours were accurate, so the Fitbit is sensing something.  Not sure why it is unable to calculate the score on a consistent basis.

Thanks for reporting back, @DKJAX!

If you haven't done yet, I'd suggest setting up a sleep goal and a sleep schedule to improve accuracy of sleep tracking with your device.
For more on that you might want to have a closer look here:

How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?

Talahthas,  Thank you for the suggestion.  I have had a sleep goal & schedule set-up for years.  I get the nice friendly reminder that it's time for bed.  As I have mentioned, the sleep score has been reporting for years.  It became very intermittent on my Versa 2 around the beginning of July.  I have had my new Versa 4 for a 6 days and the sleep score was reported only 50% of the time.  It seems from these community posts that I am not the only Fitbit user with this issue and it seems to be impacting at least the V2 & V4 watches.  Seems like something changed back in July that caused this issue.  I hope the Fitbit team is looking into this.

Thanks,

DKJAX
