My versa 4 which I got for christmas 2 months ago is not tracking my sleep. It worked for 1 day where it said I slept 40 minutes! I have sleep apnea and now a cpap machine so I want to know how my sleep is now. I've tried tightening it, loosening it, wearing it upside down, updating the software, uninstalling and reinstalling the app and nothing is working. Any other suggestions?

Hi @Kroberts65 - just in case, the watch requires good HR measurement to record sleep, check the graph to see how it is doing. This can be an issue if you have tattoos, and if that is the case try in a place you don't have them [other wrist] at night.

I have found that having WiFi turned on on my phone will interfere with syncing of some of the data, sleep is one of those. You may need to wait for a min or two before sync will be successful.
