Hello All
I got versa 4 smart watch for my son but he got iphone 7. fitbit app not working on iphone 7. Is there any solution for him to use Fitbit versa 4 watch and pair using his old phone or just use web browser to sync all.

@Vish30 He doesn't need the newest model, if that isn't in your budget. Just one that will supported for a while. For example, I use an iPhone 13, which should be supported for 5 more years,

Hi @Vish30 The Fitbit app requires iOS 16.4 or higher. The iPhone 7 can’t upgrade beyond iOS 15. There is no web dashboard for syncing. There is no workaround.
Just to be complete, because you don’t mention your son’s age. A child must be 13 and older in the US and older in some other countries. The Versa 4 uses a web based system. It isn’t compliant with several international children’s privacy protection laws.

Thanks @LZeeW Yes my budget is not for top model. I will buy iphone 13 to replace iphone 7 or some android models that is compatible

@Vish30 You don't need a top of the line Android model, either. An Android phone must support Android 11 or higher. If you are an iPhone family, there are practical reasons to stay with iPhone.
