3 1/2 month old Versa 4 overheated for no reason. Stuck on green screen. Changing clockface didn't work. If I charge it, just trying to turn it on eats the battery within minutes.

Hi @CJBrimmer - it's seals have probably failed and moisture has got in causing internal damage.
Get it replaced under warranty where you bought it or you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
