Got a new Versa 4. Honestly it’s $200 of garbage. I’m so beyond irritated. i have seen here that it seems to have issues. It won’t sync. It won’t update. It stops using Bluetooth. I have factory reset it a thousand times. Done everything online I saw to do and it’s still not working right. I can’t install any of the apps that it shows (weather/sleep etc) even tho I have a premium account. Is Fitbit doing anything for us that have bad watches?

I've had the versa since it came out. It is the best z the problem is they updated the app a few months ago and none of the watches are working right. Go to the play store and look at how many 4+ stars users have changed to 1 star since the update. I've had all kinds of watches but being a heart patient I needed an accurate watch and I know the versa 4 is the best at accuracy. It's not our watches it's their update. They took an easy app that looked good and was easy to use and gave us an app that ADA blind folks can't use anymore and that has not been working right since. It got worse immediately after the update but in the last month it has just stopped working at all. They need to fix the issue because it's not all of us it is them and their awful update. Look at when everyone started complaining.
