Hi @BURBO - your watch needs to sync to get the right time and if you have the new V4 Fitbit App it can lose the ability to sync.
With the watch display on hold the watch button for 10 seconds till the display blanks or it vibrates, release and wait for the logo to appear and it to start.
Try and sync, if necessary restart the phone and try again.

Hi there, @BURBO. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post, we'll help you to correct the time on your Versa 4.
As a first approach, please follow @Guy_'s advice and make sure that your Versa 4 is syncing or has recently synced. Note that the time will be wrong if your Versa 4 doesn't sync as your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your Fitbit device has recently synced, go to your Fitbit app and tap the Today tab, and then tap Devices.
If by any chance you run into syncing issues, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Fitbit device is syncing, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
