My versa 4 is stuck on one of the swipe screens ( I can see the dots at the top, but nothing else). I tried resetting by holding the button even after it vibrates, but it still won't restart. I fully charged it this morning. It's only a month old. What else can I do?

Hi @summer1711 - you have to hold the button for at least 10 seconds and release when the logo appears.

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Versa 4. If restarting your device, as mentioned by @Guy_ , couldn't fix your issue, I'd suggest letting the battery of your device completely drain to the point where your Versa 4 shuts down. Then give it a full charge what will take longer than usual.
I'll keep my fingers crossed.
