Versa 4 is unresponsive

Versa has stopped working  tried all the resets new app trying to delete device and add as new one that does not work  Is my battery just dead and gone just answer so I can  look else where

Hi @lynnepatricia - unless there were other symptoms of strange behaviour it's not impossible the charge cradle has a fault (which can be replaced online), check the 4 pins are absolutely identical to be sure it's ok.

If the watch had contact with water recently it may be damaged and check it doesn't get hot when charging.

If pushing the button does nothing it can mean simply it has not been charged recently.

I agree with @Guy_. Have you tried recharging you Versa 4? Keep in mind that a Fitbit might not seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely).  I would suggest putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working.  Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.
