I just upgraded by Versa 2 to a Versa 4 because my 2 just stopped working. I've been wearing the Versa 4 for a week or more and there is NO sleep data at all. I had no issues with Versa 2.
So I'm not wearing the watch in the wrong place
I'm not wearing it too loosely
I got more than 3 hours of sleep each night for the last week
AND my battery is not dangerously low.
Again my Versa 2 didn't have a problem tracking my sleep. I didn't get this so I had to manually PUT it in sleep mode.
IS there an issue with this version of the watch and/or the app not updating properly? If there is - is Fitbit looking into it to fix it?
If nothing is being done - then I don't think I'll keep this watch - I'll look for a different brand.
