Versa 4 issues

• I got the Versa 4 as a gift and l hate it so much.

Can't wear it to workout/ ride my bike because need to stop to control my music from my phone and missed the whole workout purpose 

Can't play Spotify 

Can't add my wallet to pay

Can't add my boarding pass

it's a waste of money and since it's a gift I am stuck with this Junk for who knows how long 

I wonder who's idea was to build this watch.

I should have check the review before but I didn't thought that Fitbit would go backwards, l had the versa 2 and it was much better 

I am very disappointed and frustrated to have a track that fail it's purpose.

As you may know, Versa 4 does not support third party apps. Please note that there are always changes in each wave of products. In this case I recommend you comment and vote for the following feature suggestion: 3rd Party Apps on Sense 2 and Versa 4. This is the best way to make your voice heard. Show your support by adding your vote. The suggestions with more votes are taken into consideration by our developers for new updates or product development. 

Regarding music control, please note that after the latest firmware update on your Versa, now you can have Youtube Music on your Versa 4. For more information, see How do I control music with my Fitbit device?
