Versa 4 keeps crashing when I use the Exercise app

when I utilize the exercise, the only one that works is the strength trading. All others I use will stop tracking. I have turned restarted my Fitbit aand did not help. I don’t wear a bracelet that would impede tracking. My band fits well. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi there, @Beckyklee. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is crashing when using the Exercise app. I will do my best to help you with this! 

If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
  2. Tap your Fitbit device image. 
  3. Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.

If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I have tried your recommendations. X2. Again after exercising my HITT app stops at 5 min. Tried with other exercise app and same thing. Discouraging as it important for me to track during exercise. Help! Hate to go to another brand as this is my 3rd Fitbit. Thank you Becky
