Hi @Maymoo - I presume your Versa 4 is freezing randomly and this may be a clock face issue, did you try changing to another, and does restarting the watch unfreeze it?
It could also be a syncing problem and if turning off the Bluetooth on the phone solves it, then you will know.

Hi @Maymoo. A warm welcome to the forums.
Thank you for bringing to our attention this issue with your Versa 4.
Please make sure that you restarted the device as indicated in an other post by our friend @Guy_: hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.
Confirm that you have followed the steps as indicated here to change the clock face.
