Wondering if someone can help me please – I have a Fitbit Versa 4 synced to via bluetooth to my iPhone 13 mini both running the latest software updates for the Fitbit firmware/iOs/Fitbit app. I also have a set of bluetooth wireless earbuds that have consistently been dropping bluetooth connection, and through troubleshooting I've found that the Versa seems to be interfering with the Bluetooth connection (when I forget the device on bluetooth and turn the Versa off I have no interference and there are no other peripherals attached to Bluetooth that could be causing the issue).
Has anyone had this issue/found a fix for it? The earbuds were fairly cheap so bought a more expensive pair but having the same issue and not sure what to do next other than go back to wired headphones!
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you 🙂
