Hi there, @dogmommy3. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Versa 4.

As @Guy_ and @Talahthas have suggested, please restart your Versa 4 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @dogmommy3 - see if it stops when you turn off the phone's Bluetooth, mine does the same.

In my case there is a pending clock face installation that causes it.

So check in the Gallery tile of the Fitbit App if you have one.

There are other things in the Fitbit App which will cause a restart too.

@dogmommy3 Welcome to the Fitbit community!

Sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't working properly. I'd suggest trying to restart it by holding the side button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on it's display.

Hey @MarreFitbit I did try to restart the device and it welcomed me with a huge Red Cross across the screen! Thank you @Guy_ & @Talahthas for trying to help me troubleshoot the issue.

@dogmommy3  - do another restart, it often works 2nd or 3rd time.
