I LOVED my versa 3 and then after a small swim (nothing I hadn't done before) it died and wouldn't come back to life. I got the versa 4 despite reviews not being the best. It's been ok, not amazing. The light sometimes comes on at night when it's supposed to be locked, I find it less responsive and NOW my exercise tracking isn't working properly. I select the exercise, get it started, it begins tracking and then 5-10 min later I look and it's completely off. This is while I am teaching a spin class so I know my heart is going and it should be running,
Any ideas? It's driving me nuts. It's not a huge thing I use every day but it should be working!!!!

Hi @erintancock. Welcome to the community forums.
Thank you for providing the details regarding your Versa 4.
I'd suggest you restarting the device as indicated in this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Please confirm that you have followed the steps listed in the article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

Hi - yes I have attempted those things. It will let me start tracking exercise and then it simply stops. I only purchased this in July so I should not be having these issues.
