Why won't anyone at Fitbit Help or on this community address the issue of the changed algorithm adversely affecting readings? There are several posts in here about this, I spent an hour in a chat with the help desk doing the resetting and reporting I'd tried sensitivity, none of these answers are responsive as to why readings have changed since June 25 (or so) for so many of us.
