Does anyone know why I’m not getting any WhatsApp messages through the Fitbit? I’ve clicked on notification, and the app notification, it shows nothing. Tried all sorts of things to fit but nothing.

(Just brought it today to replace Versa 2)

Thanks for bringing the missing WhatsApp notification to my attention; I'd be happy to help!

To help me figure this out, could you let me know if WhatsApp is the only app you’re having trouble with, or are you not receiving notifications from other apps on your new Fitbit as well?
