Just got the Versa 4, this is my first Fitbit, and was really excited to try out the bells and whistles. Turns out Fitbit took all of them away. It's really disappointing to see this, even worse to see the "look for apps" function in the app still there just to mock you by never returning any results. It was said it was against 3rd parties but doesn't have Google music, maps, email, nothing. Probably going to sell this and maybe get a 3 secondhand or just sell this and get a generic brand smart watch. Sad that a generic brand would have more features than a name brand triple digit cost "smart" watch

Hi @Geodude107 - did you know if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
You may be happier with a Versa 3 which has more features or another brand depending on your needs.
