Hello all! I got my Versa 4 probably a few months ago and since I got it, it hasn't been charging reliably. I put it on the magnetic charger and it doesn't buzz and it doesn't say it's charging. I tried cleaning the back of the watch and the charger with alcohol and a tooth pick, but it still hasn't worked. I'm not sure what to do, as it will only charge a little bit in an hour and won't fully charge.

Hello there @toriathena98, thanks a lot for all the steps you have tried and welcome to the Fitbit Community
Based on the information you provided, it seems the issue might be with the wall charger you're using with your Versa 4.
Remember, the charging cable is designed for specific voltage levels. Fast chargers are not compatible with our devices. Please try using a USB port on your computer or a UL-certified wall charger .

That is happened to me as well. While it could be a power (charging block) issue, I’ve had to, lightly, use a pencil eraser on the 4 charging contacts, and then clean them with alcohol again.
Warning! I have done the following many times and would NOT recommend learning the hard way:
Wiggling the charger while it’s attached to the watch to “make better connection”… the contact points on the back of the watch are wearing down. It might seem like it’s helping but it’s more likely an issue with the charging adapter or the charging cable.

Why would the charging points on the back being wearing down after only a couple of months I got my watch in June and my watch just stop charging this weekend when I tried to charge it with the charger that came with the watch. Now it will not stay charged for an hour or two. I tried the suggestion that you posted above and that doesn't seem to work at all.

I got my watch in June and it worked fine but this weekend it stopped working and won't stay charged I have tried everything from resetting it back to factory and restarting it. I was charging it with the charger that came with the watch when it became really hot and stop working this is the same thing that happen to the Sense 2 back in June. That is when I purchased the Versa 4. So now I have two watches that both are doing the same thing. Is there a solution to this issue I can't use the watch at all and I have paid to much for these watches.
