Why is my Versa 4 not charging? There’s always something to worry about.

It's nice to see you here in the community again @Ninjagranny. I'm sorry you're having trouble charging your Fitbit Versa 4.
I would like to recommend some steps to get your device back on track, pleas do the next:
As a first step I would like you to try cleaning the charging contacts on the back of the device using a toothbrush and some fresh water.
I also need you to clean the pins that are on the charging cable, you will need to use a cotton swab and some rubbing alcohol, making sure no pieces of the swab are left on the pins.
Lastly, you'll need to connect it to another USB port or a UL-certified USB wall charger.
