Versa 4 not charging

  • When charging does anybody else's watch vibrate and show the charge every 2 or 3 seconds? This is my first fibit so I'm not sure if it's supposed to charge like that.

Hi @ShelbHopper - no it shouldn't behave like that, but it's complaining for a reason.

Try cleaning the contacts before you connect the cable to the watch and then plug in to the power source, also try using a PC as the power source.

You can also restart the watch and change the clock face which can possibly have a bearing.
