Versa 4 not receiving calls despite following all of the advice on this forum and the test call being successful.

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not receiving calls. 
I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts as well. 

Could you please confirm if you already tried the steps shown in the following help article ? Why don’t on-wrist calls work on my Fitbit device?
