My clock face only shows the time. My data (HR, Active Min., and Sleep Score) no longer show up. I have checked the settings and the correct face type is selected. Other ideas on how to fix the issue?

There could be a number of reasons why your Fitbit watch isn't receiving all of this data. I would first suggest looking for any pending firmware updates for your Fitbit device. Please be aware that by clicking here, you can follow the instructions to perform the update.
