Versa 4 not syncing workouts to app

My Fitbit Versa 4 no longer syncs any of my workouts to the app. All workouts do appear on the Fitbit itself, but they are no longer being sent to the Fitbit app or to Strava. How can I fix this?

Thank you for providing the information regarding this difficulty that you are experiencing with Versa 4. 

Please make sure you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app: How do I use the Fitbit app?

In addition, take a look at the points listed in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Besides that and once you confirm that the device is syncing with the Fitbit app, try to revoque access and follow the steps listed here: How do I connect Fitbit with another app?
