Versa 4 not syncing to App since yesterday

I’ve got this too today, it’s not recorded my swimming session on the app but usually does. I’ve synced many times, re uploaded the app and nothing

Please, give it a try by following the steps listed in the help article that I've shared above. 

In addition, try to perform these troubleshooting steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Offload the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the hours of activity are available now.

I did all of the above but the swimming did not show for Monday. Today it did work though so hopefully it made a difference.  Hoping it was just a blip as my Versa is less than a year old.
