My Versa 4 is tracking steps what I believe to be inaccurate and most of all distance when I walk is not being recorded. Manually entering my stride length seems to be making it worse, it records steps when none are taken. I rather have my fitbit detect automatically my steps. My heart rate seems pretty inaccurate as well. Tried factory resetting my watch several times and nothing works

I chatted with fitbit customer service, they said it's a bug and their engineers are working on it. Idk what the ETA is but hopefully the next update rectifies this bug ASAP. We just got to be active daily and wait unfortunately. Leaving the fitbit settings to automatically calculate my steps seems to be more accurate than entering manual stride length so atleast steps are being recorded.

Thanks, I tried everything, factory reset, custom settings, support, etc and nothing. Hope they can fix the issue. Thanks for your feedback.

My Versa 4 doesn't record my steps if I am carrying something in my arms. I garden so my hands are usually being used other than swinging by my side. For example mowig the grass. Is there some way to fix this?

Following. My Versa 4 is not accurately tracking and not accurately recording in the app. I'm ready to drop it.

I cannot understand how this got so broken. The years of data I have with fitbit makes me worry about losing it all if move to another product. Anyone else downloading there dta and having issues?
