My Versa 4 is 15 months old. First it started crashing. Then a a red X, and now won't turn on. I've been told by Customer Care that my claim doesn't met the warranty requirements. ITS NOT WORKING what additional requirements are needed!!! I train all week and I'm lost without the thing.
The warranty is 24 months any ideas on how to take this elsewhere??

My fitbit also has shut down this afternoon, won't charge on the charger and got extremely hot when I put it on the charger for 10 minutes. The battery was not dead. Interested to know if anyone else's shut down today?

Mine froze yesterday when walking when I tried to save the exercise it froze. Manual switch off and now stuck on the initial set up screen and won’t do anything
