My Versa 4 is not tracking my sleep properly, says not able to track heart rate.
Also the display screen does not show any heart rate at any time, this has been for about a week now, since the update basically.
please update the update to restore the heart function !!
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Hi @Bigtel3. Welcome to the forums.
Thank you for taking the time to share the experience with your Versa 4. Sorry to know the inconvenience.
I recommend that you try restarting the device by following these steps: Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.
In addition, please follow the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy of heart rate information and check the information mentioned here about other factors that could affect your heart rate reading, this has been useful to other users.

This behavior is also true of my Versa and Pixel phone. All data reflected in the app except heartrate graph and resting heart rate. Last data is for Sunday January 21 following the update to the app. ALL data & graphs are properly shown on my web desktop.
In fairness, the app update did fix a number of other issues related to blank settings screens for clocks/apps on the watch. And promptly broke something new.
