Versa 4 not tracking sleep for over a week

Hi All,

My Versa 4 is not tracking my sleep anymore, the last time it tracked my sleep was on the 23rd of December.

Both my app and Versa 4 are on the latest version and I haven’t changed how I wear it.

i would appreciate if someone could help me. Thank you.

Sad to hear about your issue about sleep tracking with your Versa 4.
If you haven't done so yet, I'd suggest setting up a sleep schedule and a sleep goal to improve results. Here's how to do that:

If that won't work for you, please try if restarting your device by holding it's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display. Before doing so you should sync your device to not lose any data it might have tracked so far.
